Jeff Zimmerman is not your typical “meat and potatoes” guy—though steak and potatoes top his list of favorites, his friends would argue that his palate leans more toward Mexican cuisine. The latter seems more fitting, considering his well-rounded and adaptable nature.

Growing up in the small town of Silt on Colorado’s Western Slope, Jeff spent most of his time doing one of two things: playing football or working in construction. With a last name that means “carpenter” in German, it’s no surprise that craftsmanship runs deep in his family—he credits his carpentry skills to his grandfather, who passed down both knowledge and work ethic.

Football took Jeff to the University of Wyoming after high school, but it was his relentless drive that shaped his path. He worked construction throughout college, gaining firsthand experience in the building process. Realizing early on that football wasn’t his long-term calling, Jeff pivoted to the oil and gas industry, balancing full-time work while completing his degree at Colorado Mesa University in the evenings.

It was during this time that Jeff made his first real estate investment—a duplex, where he lived on one side and rented out the other. That initial experience sparked a deeper understanding of real estate’s financial benefits and set him on a path that would evolve far beyond simple house flips. What began as a side project quickly grew into a long-term vision: not just buying and selling properties, but transforming spaces, creating value, and building a business with lasting impact.
